Assistant Director

Lead Instructor - School Break Camp Programs

Hannah serves as the dedicated Assistant Director at Discovery Kids, bringing a thoughtful, energetic presence to our leadership team. With a strong background in early childhood education and community programming, Hannah is passionate about creating joyful, inclusive learning environments where children feel safe, seen, and supported.
Hannah is known for her calm leadership, creative problem-solving, and deep commitment to child-centered care. Whether supporting educators, planning enriching experiences, or connecting with families, she approaches each day with heart, purpose, and a belief in the magic of early learning. We’re grateful to have Hannah helping lead the way at CHCC/ Discovery Kids!

Erick
Program Operations Manager

Erick serves as the Program Operations Manager at CHCC, where he combines his business expertise with a passion for youth development. With a degree in Business and years of experience managing program logistics, Erick plays a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and effectively.

Erick’s unique combination of strategic thinking and hands-on support makes him an integral part of the CHCC community.

Evianna
Owner/Founder

Lead Provider 

Evianna used her background in childcare to start Crown Heights Childcare Collective in order for her daughter, Margaux, to learn and socialize when Margaux's daycare shut down in 2020. Now a mom to two, (Margaux's brother born in 2024), Evianna still leads The Collective in love, compassion, and community!
